What Is The CJS?
This is an Intense 8 Week Training Programme for you to get into Amazing shape for Christmas.

Who Is The CJS For?
If you have fat loss goals you aren’t currently reaching
You currently train a few times a week
You enjoy group fitness classes
You need help, support and accountability
You want to feel FANTASTIC for Christmas.

When Do We Start?
November 6th for 8 weeks!
Yes, that includes Christmas week
You will use Christmas week as a Goal setting exercise and foundation-building programme for 2024.

How Does It Work?
This works very differently from our previous JUMPer shreds.

You will have access to my Training app which houses your training programme.
-
You will have a Nutrition plan to follow which will help you fat shred.
-
You will also have access to a private group which will act as both support, and accountability and generate momentum
The plan looks like this
WORKOUTS
-
2 workouts per day for 56 days
-
1 workout must be completed outdoors
-
1 workout should be in a gym and can be our programme session OR any type of Group Fitness class.

You will complete a minumum of 3 strength workouts per week
- Ideally you would complete
- 4 Programmed gym sessions per week
- 3 Group Exercise (Classes)
- 7 Outdoor Cardio sessions per week.

You can flex and bend sessions to suit your week.
- That may feel like a lot of sessions...it is...we have a lot of work to do...if you miss a session, thats ok.

DIET

You will follow our JUMP formula to find a calorie target which suits you.

We then look at a bespoke plan to keep you in a diet, calorie deficit, which will best suit you.
WATER
-
You will drink 4 litres of water per day.
PROGRESS PHOTOS

You will take private weekly progress photos for your own self-accountability
MINDSET
-
You will read for 10 minutes every day - audio books are perfect

You will have a weekly Mindset Focus task to complete. All of these strategically positioned to improve how you feel, act and perform.
CHEAT DAYS

Zero.

You will offset Christmas parties with some damage control exercises before and after.
